Анотація
Важливість моделювання впливу міграції населення на розвиток агропідприємств особливо підсилюється в умовах турбулентного середовища. Сільськогосподарські підприємства вимагають залучення значної кількості робочої сили, необхідної для розробки, упровадження, комерціалізації інноваційних проєктів, виконання виробничих завдань, обробки землі та інших сільськогосподарських операцій. Міграція населення може вплинути на доступність робочої сили для агросектора, підвищити прибутковість підприємств або навпаки – знизити його фінансову стійкість. У такому контексті велике значення має моделювання впливу міграції населення на управління фінансово-економічним розвитком агропідприємств в умовах турбулентного зовнішнього середовища. Наявні методики, інструменти та моделі оцінки, обліку й аналізу впливу міграції населення на розвиток агропідприємств не відображають повної картини досліджуваної нами проблематики,що вимагає поглиблення дослідження процесу етапності, методології, інструментів та загальної логіки моделювання впливу міграції населення на управління фінансово-економічним розвитком. Точна інформація про міграцію та її вплив на сільськогосподарські підприємства допоможе розробити стратегії забезпечення стійкості й розвитку агросектора. З урахуванням зазначеного в статті запропоновано логіку впливу міграції населення на управління фінансово-економічним розвитком агропідприємств в умовах нестабільного зовнішнього середовища. Зазначене моделювання апробоване на європейських країнах, а в наступних наших дослідженнях така апробація буде здійснена на інших державах світу. У процесі написання статті використані методи абстрагування, статистичного та математичного моделювання, прогнозування тощо. Запропоноване моделювання буде корисним для зарубіжних та вітчизняних стейкхолдерів ринку, які опікуються дослідженням впливу міграції населення на розвиток агропідприємств в умовах різноманітних ризиків.
