Анотація
Метою дослідження є вивчення особливостей і виокремлення проблемних аспектів управління процесами формування механізму інвестиційного контролінгу на підприємствах туристичної галузі в умовах кризи. У статті розглянуто економіко-правові аспекти управління процесами формування механізму інвестиційного контролінгу на підприємствах туристичної галузі в умовах кризи та виявлено основні проблеми запровадження контролінгових механізмів, а саме: дефіцит інвестиційних ресурсів, слабкість чинного законодавства та його неспроможність належним чином урегульовувати відносини під впливом нестабільності та посилення інвестиційних ризиків. З’ясовано, що брак висококваліфікованого персоналу становить загрозу стабільному функціонуванню підприємств туристичної галузі. Доведено, що в Україні функціонування підприємств туристичної галузі істотно залежить рід їхнього регіонального розміщення, а результати проведених емпіричних досліджень підтверджують, що найбільшу частку чистого доходу від туризму 2024 року принесли підприємства, що розміщені в м. Києві (3129,9 млн грн) і на території Львівської (1117,1 млн грн) й Івано-Франківської (852,2 млн грн) областей. Проаналізовано особливості управління процесами формування механізму інвестиційного контролінгу на підприємствах туристичної галузі в умовах кризи, а також запропоновано шляхи виходу з кризових станів і врегулювання ситуації, яка склалася у царині туризму. Розроблено механізм інвестиційного контролінгу на підприємствах туристичної галузі, який передбачає необхідність формування підсистеми економіко-правового регулювання процесів управління інвестиційним розвитком підприємств туристичної галузі.
